Polar Monitoring MCP
A read-only Polar connection for Group, Site, Gateway, Device/Sensor, reading, history, alert, diagnostic, licence, capacity, tariff, member, and dashboard-access reports.
Connect
Use this server's /mcp URL in ChatGPT, Codex, or another OAuth-capable MCP client. Authentication continues in the Polar portal, where you can select an existing External API or create a dedicated one. If the API has one root Group, it is used automatically. With several roots, each new conversation resolves an explicitly named Group or Site, or lists every available root and asks which one to use. Users can also request a combined report across all roots.
Safety
External API keys move directly from Polar to the MCP server and are encrypted at rest. They are never returned to the browser, model, or tool output. The published Polar tool set cannot activate controls, modify configuration, acknowledge alerts, or change Polar data.
History limits
History requests are bounded, support at most 20 measurements at once, and responses are capped at 2,000 points. Current measurement values come from persisted readings, not physical live polls.
